Yes. Every new Simple Sign In subscription comes with a
30 day trial. No credit card information is necessary to sign up. You will receive an email towards the end of your trial with billing information if you are satisfied and wish to continue with Simple Sign In. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be billed for the next month (refunds will not be issued for partial months).
WHICH PRICING LEVEL IS RIGHT FOR ME? CAN I CHANGE MY MIND?
Pricing is based on the number of Active children that you have set up. Simply pick the level based on the number of children that you'll have initially, then you can adjust as your church grows. No matter which level you choose, you'll be able to try out Simple Sign In absolutely

WHAT LABEL PRINTERS ARE COMPATIBLE WITH SIMPLE SIGN IN?
Currently, Simple Sign In is compatable with the Dymo LabelWriter Twin Turbo 450. The left hand side of the label printer uses the 4" x 2 1/8" shipping label for our guardian tags and the right side uses the 3 1/2" x 1 1/8" address label for the child's label.
DO I NEED A LABEL PRINTER?
You do not need a label printer to use Simple Sign In. However, it is recommended. One of the major features of the Simple Sign In system is the security it offers the church and the parents. The labels are a part of this process, used to identify the children that have been signed in and as security tag for parents/guardians to pick up their children. You can choose to use Simple Sign In as a stand alone sign in app or use your own notification system (pagers, SMS, etc).
WHAT KIND OF USERS CAN ACCESS SIMPLE SIGN IN?
There are various types of users for Simple Sign In that have different roles and responsibilities. Only admin's will need to enter email addresses. Usernames are required for all other types of users.
Admin's have full access to the system. They can set up service types and classrooms as well as view all of the reports. They can also handle sign in and view all of the children information within a classroom.
If you want to allow your parents to do self sign in, then this is the user you'll want to use. This user can ONLY sign kids in. They will not see the attendance graph or be able to see the list of attendance records.
Sign In Worker
This type of user is designed for handling the signing in of children. They can add new adults and kids, sign kids in, as well as switch a child's classroom.
This type of user is designed for the worker in the classroom. They can see the list of children in their classroom, as well as send a notification to request the guardian of a child.
This user will typically be for the tech people. They'll receive notifications so they can flash a child's number on the screen or fire off a pager.
HOW MANY SIGN IN STATIONS CAN I HAVE? HOW MANY DO I NEED?
There is no limit to the amount of sign in stations a user can have. You can have as little as one sign in station or as many as you would like. The amount of sign in stations you will need is dependent on the number of children you have and the amount time available to sign them into their classrooms. It is recommend that you have 1 sign in station per 100 children.
DO WE NEED TO HAVE TABLETS IN THE CLASSROOMS?
No. The tablets in the classrooms are an added security feature. The tablets allow teachers to sign in to their account and keep a real-time updated roster. This means that as a child is signed in, their name appears in that classrooms roster list. A teacher then has the ability to send notifications, request a parent/guardian, sign out or delete the entry all together.
WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED TO UPLOAD NAMES?
Currently, you will need a CSV (comma-separated values) file to import children and adults. You can create the spreadsheet in Microsoft Office Excel or iWork Numbers, then export as CSV. It’s as easy as five simple steps: 1. log into your account; 2. click on the “Children” Or "Adults" tab; 3. click on the “Import Children” or "Import Adults" button; 4. click “Choose File”; 5. locate and select your file, click “Choose”.

Simple Sign In is a web-based, hosted service. For this reason it is not available for purchasing and installing on your own servers.
HOW DO I UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION?
Since Simple Sign In web-based, you don’t have to do anything! Your monthly subscription gains you access to all future updates, automatically! You will receive an email whenever we release an update letting you know of all of the great new features you will get to enjoy.
